What we collect

When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, and any optional answers about your investing plans) and the page you signed up from. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which collects anonymous usage data through cookies.

We use a first-party cookie (ov_vid) containing a random identifier to count visits and understand which pages are viewed, including deal pages, webinar pages, and business plan documents. This cookie is set by our own site, is not shared with advertisers, and expires after one year. If you give us your email address, or open a link from one of our emails, we connect that activity to your contact record (including tags in our CRM, GoHighLevel) so we can follow up with information that fits your interests. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals by not setting this cookie. We keep page activity for up to 13 months. To stop this, clear your cookies for this site, turn on Global Privacy Control, or email us and we will delete your history.

How we use it

We use your information to send the resources you requested, our monthly newsletter, and any email series you opt into. Our email and CRM provider (GoHighLevel) stores this information on our behalf. We never sell your information.

Your choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To have your information deleted, email nick@oakandvinecapital.com.
